The Albyco Pack5 is a very fast machine for the production of air cushions as protection and padding to protect products. With the use of air cushion fillings, products are protected against damage by e.g. falling and bumping.

Albyco Pack5 is an industrial quality air cushion filling machine with a speed of no less than 28 meters / minute. The machine is faster, more stable and with a perfect, smooth seal. It is very suitable for production and warehouses with large use of bubble wrap film. It is compatible with bubble wrap films from 200-800mm wide.

The idea for your shipping system

The volume of the air cushions is reduced to only about 1% after emptying. Storage requirements for cladding material are kept to a minimum. The films themselves are made of PE (polyethylene) and can be easily recycled. The air cushions are reusable and make unpacking easier.
