Binding through adhesive rivets, a perfect solution for the heaviest and most smooth papers. Bonding has particular advantages with respect to, for example, glue bonding. Hard and smooth papers, possibly by the printer fitted with a wax or oil layer, are difficult to bind with glue. Binding with adhesive nuts is an ideal solution here. Logically, there is also a restriction in bonding. The maximum suture thickness is usually limited to about 100 sheets.
Fastbind’s BooXTer adhesive systems are the perfect solution for paper types that are not or difficult to handle with glue, ideal for smooth and hard papers.
